Shipping, Duties & Returns Policy

We generally ship all orders via UPS or Poste Italiane Express, depending on the destination and shipping availability.

For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on the value of the garment. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and usually range between $15 and $25, although they may vary according to local regulations.

Returns are accepted only if they are requested and shipped within 72 hours of delivery. Return shipping costs are entirely at the buyer’s expense. Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be issued immediately.

To prevent fraud, every shipment is recorded on video before dispatch, clearly showing the exact contents of the package being sent. This documentation is kept as proof of shipment. Any attempt at fraud will be reported and legally pursued.
